But I have not gotten specifics, yet). It looks like the EnV3 requires a $10/mo "data package" that the EnV2 doesn't, and I don't want to use any features that I'm not already using, so will try to hang on to the EnV2 as long as I can instead of upgrading.
Indistinguishable from the original that came with the phone (except that it holds a charge as long as the old one used to). This is the real deal.
Furthermore, a few charge cycles may be needed before full capacity is realized because a charger may "think" the new battery is charged before it really is, due to characteristics of a new battery that hasn't been "broken in" yet (Search "Initializing Li-Ion batteries" for more info).I may get a second spare battery now for my EnV2 while they're still available. It fits and color-matches my LG EnV2 maroon phone perfectly.
Note that, according to what I've read, new Li-Ion batteries usually come in a discharged condition and need to be fully charged before use. (BTW, I did check on this with the local Verizon store and apparently they are willing in this case to negotiate/bundle the data charge so that my cost after upgrade "doesn't change much".
I called Accessoryone after waiting 10 days for my order. The sales person was polite on the phone, but I was just amazed they did not even notify me that they didn't have this item in stock. Turns out they hadn't even shipped it yet because they were out of this battery. They did not show on Amazon that they were out of this product, that is a crucial detail to note before your purchase anything. They also sent no confirmation notice they had received my order. Their products are cheaply priced which makes them tempting, but lack of product availability and no notice of shipping delays will make me look elsewhere for cell phone accessories.
This battery wasn't much better than my old one. Guess you do get what you pay for. It is obviously used or old, but wasn't sold that way. I'm keeping it and just switching between it & my old one just to get through one whole day without recharging.
I bought a cell phone battery off eBay. Bought this one through Amazon and got the real deal, stays charged for over 4 days if I only yak about an hour or so a day. Stays charged for about 45 minutes, using or at rest. Even off. If I'm droning on and on I can only get about 4 hours out of it. It's embarrassing that I know this.
Lightning fast delivery. The battery is an authentic LG and works in my daughters phone just perfect. There's just not much more you can say about a battery.
